• The client(s) can choose any Photograph Product from this website & any of the options that are available for this product.
• The client(s) may choose any Photograph from the Team LLP Galleries, their Photograph Package or send an image or images via email.
• The client(s) will be asked if they would like their Photograph or a selection of Photograph converted from colour to black & white.
• The client(s) will be asked once they have chosen a Photograph to choose the size of the Photograph they require.

Gallery/Package Photograph Greeting Card Options

• The client(s) can choose any Photograph Greeting Card Product from this website & any of the options that are available for this product.
• The client(s) may choose any Photograph from the Team LLP Galleries or their Photograph Package.
• The client(s) will be asked if they would like their Photograph converted from colour to black & white.
• The client(s) will be asked once they have chosen a Photograph to choose the size of the Photograph Greeting Card they require.
• The client(s) can only purchase 10 Cards of one design & Envelopes per Photograph Product Contract.

Gallery/Package Photograph Black Mounts, Mounting or Framing Options

• The client(s) can choose any Photograph Black Mounts, Mounting or Framing Product from this website & any of the options that are available for this product.
• The client(s) may choose any Photograph from the Team LLP Galleries or their Photograph Package.
• The client(s) will be asked if they would like to choose a Black Mount, Mounting or Framing Option available to display their chosen Image.
• The client(s) will be asked once they have chosen a Photograph to choose an available size of the Mounting or Framing Option.
• The client(s) will be asked to choose any enhancement/hanging options that may be available for their chosen Mounting or Framing.

Photograph Album, Cover & Page/Spread Options

• The client(s) can choose any Photograph Album, Cover & Page/Spread Product from this website & any of the options that are available for this product.
• The client(s) may choose any Photograph Album (Classic, Lay Flat or Mounted) in any size or any orientation (Portrait, Landscape or Square).
• The client(s) will be asked to choose the Fabric Cover & Colour that is available for their chosen Photograph Album. 
• The client(s) must be aware that all Fabric Images shown on this website are subject to Slight Colour Variations.
• The client(s) will be asked to choose how they would like their chosen Photograph Album Cover to be Personalised both inside & out.
• The client(s) will be asked to choose the number of Pages/Spreads.

Photograph Album Creation Option 1

• The client(s) must give Team LLP permission to choose any number of Photographic Images taken on their Photography Package Date & arrange them in Photograph Image Code order in the Orientation that were taken in the client(s) chosen Photograph Album to fill the number of Pages/Spreads chosen.

Photograph Album Creation Option 2

• The client(s) will receive all their Photographic Images on a Location Location Photography Branded Crystal USB Memory Stick for them to choose any number of Photographic Images which must include the corresponding Image Code that the client(s) would like to see in their completed Photograph Album. 
• The client(s) has 28 days to choose their selection of Photographic Images & Image codes & return this information to Team LLP via email.
• The client(s) may request certain Images on certain Album Pages & this will be done where possible as there are certain limitations.
• The client(s) must give Team LLP permission to choose the Photographic Images taken on their Photography Package Date & arrange the requested Images in Photograph Image Code order in the Orientation that were taken in the client(s) chosen Photograph Album to fill the number of Pages/Spreads chosen.

Photograph Album Box Options

• The client(s) can choose any Photograph Album Box Product from this website & any of the options that are available for this product.
• The client(s) may choose any Photograph Album Box (Cardboard, Wooden or Luxury) in the size or orientation (Portrait, Landscape or Square) that corresponds with the client(s) Photograph Album.
• The client(s) will be asked to choose the Fabric Cover & Colour that is available for their chosen Photograph Album Box. 
• The client(s) will be asked to choose how they would like their chosen Photograph Album Box Cover to be Personalised both inside & out..

Linen Photograph Book & USB Box Options

• The client(s) can choose any Photograph Book & USB Box Product from this website & any of the options that are available for this product.
• The client(s) may choose any Linen Photograph Book in any size & any orientation (Portrait, Landscape or Square).
• The client(s) will be asked to choose the Linen Cover Colour that is available for their chosen Photograph Book & USB Box. 
• The client(s) will be asked to choose how they would like their chosen Photograph Book & USB Box Cover to be Personalised both inside & out.
• The client(s) will be asked to choose the number of Pages/Spreads.

Crystal USB Presentation Tin, Case or Box Options

• The client(s) can choose any Crystal USB Presentation Tin, Case or Box Product from this website & any of the options that are available for this product.
• The client(s) may choose any USB Presentation Option (Tin, Case or Box).
• The client(s) will be asked to choose the Fabric Cover & Colour that is available for their chosen USB Presentation Option. 
• The client(s) will be asked to choose how they would like their chosen USB Presentation Option Cover to be Personalised both inside & out.

Photograph Album, Box, Book/Box & USB Presentation (Product) Creation & Production

• The client(s) must give Team LLP full permission to create their Chosen Photograph Product on their behalf & when it is being & has been created Team LLP cannot send a Proof Copy of their Photograph Product for Approval prior to it being produced. 
• The client(s) must accept that once the client(s) Photograph Product has been produced then no changes can be made whatsoever & no refunds can be given & Location Location Photography cannot be held responsible under any circumstances.

Ordering, Delivery, Returns, Receiving & Caring for your Product

• Once a client has chosen a Photograph Product from the website an appropriate Order Form will then be completed.
• The client(s) will then be asked to pay in full, at this point the order is complete & no changes can be made to the order.
• It may take up to 3 weeks for their product to reach them, so we ask for your patience in advance.
• We Ship to all of mainland England, Scotland & Wales Free of Charge. If the Product has to be returned it is at the client(s) responsibility to arrange delivery back to us which will be refunded if there is evidence of damage upon receipt of the product.
• We can Ship Overseas if the client(s) request this, if this request is made we will arrange a bespoke Shipping quote will be arranged by us & if the client(s) are happy with this we will proceed with an order with these details & prices included on the appropriate Order Form. We do not accept returns from overseas.
• Once the client(s) have received their product it should give years of enjoyment if it is hung correctly & out of direct/bright sunlight or stored correctly where it is dry & warm. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage if these Terms & Conditions are not followed.

Specifications of Products

• We cannot be held responsible if any of our products are not available at the time of ordering or if the specifications change from those advertised.
• We cannot be held responsible if the product received differs slightly from the one advertised due to different manufacturing techniques & processes.

Quality Control

• We have very high standards of Quality Control when sourcing our products for this website & we always use the Best Companies that use the Best Photographic Papers, the Best Inks, the Best Printing techniques, the Best Mounts & the Best Frames.
• We cannot be held responsible for any image defect if a client(s) choose to have any of their images from their Photography Package reproduced or manufactured by a third party.
